Position Overview

Diligent is looking for a collaborative individual to join our rapidly growing Customer Success team in Sydney. The Junior Customer Success Manager will play an instrumental role in supporting the Customer Success function by providing strong administrative and implementation support to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Customer Success Team in the implementation and maintenance of all clients.
  • Responding to client requests via phone and email.
  • Daily data entry and administration support to the team.
  • Daily usage of CRM system (previous knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial).
  • Assisting with highly sensitive requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Providing support and password resets for clients.
  • Requirements :

  • Should have 1-2 years in administrative work
  • High energy, positive attitude and passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Process driven
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT); good working knowledge of excel on an intermediate level, which will be tested
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team as well as a self-starter basis
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment with the ability to multitask
