We’re expanding our offering, and looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to join the business development team, particularly working across LNWY.
Our ideal candidate is seen as a trusted partner by their clients, has entrepreneurial flair and a track record as a gun sales person.

The Role :
Drive the sales and partnership efforts for brands in conjunction with their media agencies.
Identify and grow new brand partnership opportunities.
Manage and develop existing media agency relationships.
Interprete briefs and liaise with internal specialist teams to deliver compelling proposals.
Oversee delivery of world class projects.
Work strategically with Bolster’s commercial, content, social and digital marketing specialists to grow our offering.
Need to have :
Established relationships with media agencies and / or lifestyle and youth culture brands.
Relationship management and digital media / branded content sales experience.
Ability to sell the big picture.
Track record of achieving targets.
Understanding of branded content and digital marketing.
A passion for music, entertainment, digital publishing and how it can deliver value for brands.
Excellent communication and people skills with a keen ability to build relationships
Entrepreneurial attitude and an autonomous worker.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with short turnaround times.
