  • About the Opportunity

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our site team on a major infrastructure project, based in Melbourne.

    As an experienced Site Administrator looking for a new challenge, the successful applicant will have similar previous experience in a high functioning and interactive accounts payable role.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who has had at least 2 years’ experience in a full function Accounts Payable role preferably within the construction industry.

    As a Site Administrator you will be accountable for :

  • Accurate processing of supplier invoices (High volume & fast paced)
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Liaising with Engineers, Project Managers and Vendors
  • Seeking appropriate approvals
  • Investigating and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring Project and ATO compliance
  • Our minimum requirements for these roles are :

  • Intermediate computer literacy skills JD Edwards experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional problem-solving skills
  • Willing and eager to learn new skills
  • Motivated attitude
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Proven time management, planning and organisational skills
