About Your Role

In this newly created role you will plan, manage and execute the project lifecycle for key rail signalling programs.Specifically you will be responsible for :

  • Building and maintaining excellent internal stakeholder relationship across Thales, as well as with customers
  • Planning, executing and managing implementation activities to meet project schedule, quality and cost targets
  • Leading within a matrix structure and ensuring delivery to project
  • Identifying and mitigating risks
  • Regular progress reviews and reporting
  • Ensuring all work is undertaken within OH&S policies and procedures in order to provide a safe working environment
  • How About You?

  • Engineering or software degree with project management training highly regarded
  • Extensive project management experience preferably within the rail industry, or a related industry
  • Demonstrable experience managing to the full project lifecycle - from concept to through life support
  • Ability to lead, influence and drive effective collaboration within a complex multi-stakeholder environment
