About the role
We’ve got a great opportunity for an individual who will be responsible for assessing the rehabilitation needs of injured employees immediately following an injury, and facilitating earliest possible return to work.
The successful candidate will be required to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation and return to work plans, liaise with medical / treating practitioners, service providers, workplace managers and claims officers.

You’ll be a passionate, highly motivated individual who has experience applying early injury management strategies. A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Exercise Physiology is required and you will have a current Victorian driving licence so that site visits can be conducted using a work pool car.
