Performance Marketing Manager - High Growth Start-up - B2C
My client is entering a high growth stage after being backed by some of Australia's largest financial firms.
This start-up has been going for 18 months and have already been a major disruptor their sector!
In this role, you will be working with the Head of Marketing and other senior stakeholders to devise a digital performance strategy.
This needs someone who is passionate and is at the forefront of digital innovation.
Performance Marketing Manager responsibilities include :
Your key goal will be to scale the business by growing paid search, re-marketing and display to deliver quality traffic in line with CPA targets.
This is a hands-on role covering day-to-day management of search campaigns
Thrive within a performance culture, utilising data to steer strategic decisions, turning insights into smart, ROI focused actions.
Be an innovative thinker who proactively looks for new ways to get the job done and keeps up to date with what's going on in the digital marketing world
Have a strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work
Develop, execute and analysis SEM, Digital Video, Paid Social and Display acquisition and awareness campaigns to meet / exceed new customer acquisition and reach targets
Performance Marketing Manager requirements :
Strong analytical and Excel skills along with a demonstrated aptitude for campaigns reporting and insights
Be an effective communicator and a team player
Experience running SEM, Digital Video, Paid Social and / or Display activity with a significant budget and ROI targets
Exposure to other facets of digital marketing such as Organic Social and SEO etc
Effective time management
4 years' plus experience working in digital performance marketing
