    A BIT MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

    A typical day will see you working on a portfolio of clients from varying industries, bringing together their multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram YouTube and more.

    You will be bouncing between thinking strategically about the best approach to achieve each of your client's goals, but have autonomy managing your campaign hands-on including how you develop, execute and optimise your campaigns.

    Day to day you'll be working in a small team of 6-8 people (known internally at Reload as a Pod') and in this role, you'll establish yourself as the paid advertising specialist in the team.

    You'll be focused on working collaboratively with the team and clients to understand their business needs, so you'll thrive on be frequently involved in meetings and communication to plan campaigns, discuss results and provide insight and expertise.

    As someone with a natural drive to exceed expectations, you'll take accountability for the performance success and ongoing evolution of your campaigns be stretching to improve key metrics, meet new client goals or continually enhancing messaging or creative.

    WHAT YOU'RE DOING DAY TO DAY

    We're glad you asked! If you are successful in snagging this position, some of your ongoing tasks will include :

  • Building multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Social Networks
  • Continual optimisation and improvement of your campaigns to deliver the best results to your clients
  • Coming up with new creative ideas and tactics
  • Developing creative briefs and guidelines for social ads
  • Writing ad copy and developing creative concepts that aligns to the client's goals and will engage the target audience
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Getting to know and deeply understand your clients to translate that into a PPC strategy
  • Creating customised reports for your clients with meaningful insights on their campaign performance
  • Finding meaningful insights by diving deep into Google Analytics and advertising platform analytics
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teammates. This means meeting deadlines, being proactive and being flexible in your delivery.
  • WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN AN APPLICANT?

  • Have a tertiary qualification (or similar) in a relevant field. I.e. business, marketing, economics, communication or advertising
  • Experience in Google AdWords and other Pay Per Click mediums is obviously a plus, but not required (full training will be provided to the applicant with the right attitude)
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, digital content and communication or entrepreneurship will be looked upon favourably, although not required
  • You are someone who gets genuine enjoyment from working with people and can comfortably talk with clients
  • You are someone who is a 'natural' with numbers and can find insights and trends in data
  • You are someone who prides themselves on their creative ideas- be it a clever strap-line or a quirky campaign, you know how to create smart marketing tactics
  • You are someone who is confident to solve problems themselves and doesn't stop until they get to the solution
  • You are someone who can hold themselves accountable and manage their own work
