Joining our highly regarded Fundraising Division, with a fundraising portfolio of approximately $70 million, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new donors, through direct marketing channels including direct mail, inserts, television, telephone and other highly targeted and low cost channels.

Based in the Woolloomooloo office, reporting to the Acquisition Manager, your key responsibilities will be :
Manage end to end acquisition campaigns, working across multi channels, with a focus on digital
Develop creative brief for external suppliers (copy writers, designers, printers), assist with personal stories, approve all artwork, response devices, offers and materials
Responsible for project management of data supply, proof reading, response management; premium items
Designation of test segments, identification and interpretation of test results
Developing detailed predictive models to generate budgets and revised forecasts
Identify and implement ways to increase level of supporter engagement
Conduct regular analysis of results, communication trends, supplier performance, and attrition rates by segment, outcomes of tests and projected profitability
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports against plans
Develop the New Donor Acquisition Strategy
External and internal supplier relationship management
What’s your background?
As a natural networker with a confident approach, your extensive experience in acquisition and lead generation will be celebrated. You will also need :
Proven track record of measurable success in acquisition and lead generation
Excellent knowledge of what works in direct response marketing
Understanding of the principles of database and customer relationship management
Experience of interpreting and acting upon complex data reports
Excellent attention to detail and solid analytical capabilities
Proven project management skills and outstanding organisational abilities
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills
High level of competence with Excel
