As the Receptionist for this global brand you will be the first point of contact both in person and over the phone for all of their high-
end clientele! You will be immaculately presented and polished in your professional appearance to ensure that you make the best first impression for the business -
and you are on brand! It is crucial that you thrive in a client facing role and are genuinely passionate about going that extra mile.
You will be working closely with clients and customers alike to ensure that their orders and needs are managed and you will be assisting with the end-
to-end sales order life-cycle, which includes receiving and processing customer orders, managing the returns and claims and attending to all incoming calls / emails and actioning accordingly.
In addition to the customer service side, you will be an efficient professional supporting the team with administration needs and event management.
Furthermore, you will work alongside the Executive Assistant supporting with not only projects and administration duties, you will also take on elements of office management.
