IPG MediaBrands is looking for a HR Manager to join our growing talent team. This is an opportunity for a HR professional to drive success through being responsible for key talent related projects and providing HR advice / support to the affiliated agencies within MediaBrand’s portfolio.
You will work collaboratively with the Head of Talent, agency brand partners, and leadership team to align MediaBrand’s people approach.
This is a generalist position that will require the successful applicant to have broad experience in employee relations, engagement, project management, and employee well-being + care.

Support the Talent Team through the effective implementation and delivery of key projects.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the HRIS, Recruitment and on-boarding systems.
Provide ER advice and coaching to support the Mediabrands management teams.
Support the Mediabrands recruitment function by helping source and interview candidates.
Analyse data from employee surveys to provide key learnings to relevant stakeholders and the Talent Team
Ensure best practice on all employment law and compliance issues
What you will need :
Qualification in a relevant field of study
A generalist background, with a particular depth / experience in process and project management
Strong people and team skills with the ability to manage self and influence others in a constructive manner
Strong creative problem solving
Knowledge of the Australian Fair Work Act will be highly desirable
A flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn where needed
A strong respect for the confidential nature of this role
