Reporting to the Head of Chief Operating Officer, this role plays an important function in our team by ensuring all promotional communication meets agreed business and legal standards.
But don’t worry, training on these expectations will be provided.
Once you’re settled in, your key responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as :
Development and maintenance of promotional advertising templates across media channels;
Liaising with the Planning Team to ensure promotional offers are compliant;
Provide timely and regular cross functional communication and reporting to ensure compliance disciplines are actioned across all channels;
Development of compliance packs to ensure all promotional activity is tracked and documented;
Liaise and communicate with Compliance Officer and relevant departments on all marketing communication;
Provide assistance with ongoing review of compliance program to reflect business status and evolving legislative requirements.
To be successful in this role you will have :

Intermediate knowledge of excel
