About the Role :
As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM). The key aspect of this role is structuring and managing all direct communications that is sent to the database of 24,400 individuals.
The content shared daily will surround online platforms as well as their events.
The database that you will nurture and communicate to will be a key responsibility and will require constant upkeep, critiquing and reformatting.
In managing the direct communication with the database, you will also be required to liaise with multiple departments in regards to gathering and creating content.
This will also involve implementing strategic campaigns for these departments, such as when dealing with a Partner or Sponsor.
Having experience in using WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot and Email management software (BeePro) is a an advantage.
You will also actively post and report to the DMM on all social media platforms, along with actively interacting and gaining a following.
Your other responsibilities will include creating landing pages and managing the marketing content on our main platform.
Within this you will also be required to complete SEO for all posts and pages.
Another key part of this role is analyzing the data and reporting on the campaigns and work you have completed. With the intention identify areas of improvement and ways to grow WI’s presence online and at events.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage, post and report on all social media platforms
Assist the marketing manager in maintaining marketing focused pages of the platform, as well as setting up landing pages and creating news pieces
Create clients online presentations using video editing software
Set up and design direct marketing communications (EDMs) focussed on increasing engagement and human interaction behind each content distribution
Maintain all marketing schedules
Assist in creating strategic campaigns to will drive conversion and lead generation
Curating posts for social content and promotions
Complete SEO for all pages and posts on the website
Analyse and report on completed campaigns to determine areas for successful reach, recipient response and interaction
Work with the events team to market our events pre, during and post the event
Proactively look to market WI through various online platforms
Manage relationships between sponsors and partners surrounding their marketing campaign
Skills and Experience :
Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
2 years’ experience in strategic and direct marketing
EDM marketing focus with ability to report on key metrics of engagement and deliverability - come up with ideas to complement existing strategy for increasing customer success engagement
Analytic and reporting skills
Competent in using Social Media Management tools, Google Analytics, CRM software (Salesforce, Pardot), electronic direct mail software (BeePro)
Experience in WordPress back end data entry and management (coding not required)
Competent in basic SEO and content creation
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Strong communications and organisational skills
Proactive approach and skills in strategic planning
Copywriting skills favorable
