We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Site Acquisition officer with a strong work ethic to join our fast growing team here at CW Corporation.
You will deliver a range of commercial and multi-residential apartment projects ranging in value from $5M - $80M.
You must demonstrate high motivation, organisational and excellent communication skills along with the ability to work within a team environment.
About you as a site acquisition :
You will need to demonstrate the following attributes :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of site acquisition for development company.
Strong local real estate market knowledge.
Strong finance background.
High proficiency in Excel, proficiency in feasibility softwares such as "Estate Master" or "Feastudy" would be huge advantage.
Acquisition Duties : (Predominantly in the BCC & Logan Council region)
Develop acquisition strategy.
Developing good network with buyer, seller agents and other real estate contacts.
Identifying and securing development opportunities.
Ability to determine town planning and engineering constraints of site.
Conduct pre-acquisition due-diligence study.
Feasibility analysis on multi residential developments, townhouse developments, land subdivisions.
Determining highest and best use of site with supporting reports.
Valuation on commercial properties using DCF, Capitalization.
Prepare business plans and obtain financial approvals.
Preparation of budgets, reporting of financial performance, monitoring cash flows and undertaking risk assessment analysis.
