    The Role

    We are currently seeking a Permanent Recruitment Specialist - Professionals sector; to join our vibrant and professional team based in Sydney.

    This fantastic opportunity will offer a healthy pipeline and warm desk of clients with the opportunity to build your own business within a business.

    Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, recruiting for a wide variety of job types.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through telesales of prospect and existing clients
  • Visiting prospect and existing clients to promote our brand and generate placements
  • Organic growth of existing client relationships
  • Generating leads from advert chasing
  • Assisting candidates to prospect and existing clients
  • Skills and experience

    In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued :

  • Self-motivated and outcome oriented individual with ideally a minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment
  • Have a strong desire and eagerness to be successful and achieve results through hard work and dedication, coupled with a desire to build long term relationships and gain opportunities
  • Previous experience recruiting with STEM (scientific, Engineering, Technical or Medical) placements will be highly regarded
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
