You will work closely with our sales team to help meet the day to day business needs of Echobox. This includes supporting our Regional Directors with lead generation, pipeline management, preparing presentations, organising meetings and conducting research.
You will analyse client behaviour, respond to support queries and liaise with our technical team to ensure our clients have the best possible experience when using Echobox.
You will become responsible for on-boarding and training new clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Enable our Regional Directors to close more deals by preparing meeting materials, understanding client needs and analysing how our customers use our product.
Contribute to our revenue growth by identifying, researching and contacting potential leads.
Increase our knowledge of potential customers by collecting and analysing data on the publishing industry.
Contribute to the effective functioning or our sales team by assisting our VP Sales and Regional Directors with a variety of social media, research, administrative and operational tasks.
Help our clients by answering non-technical support queries and escalating technical issues to our tech support team.
Ensure that new clients use our software well by conducting in-depth onboardings and training sessions.

Minimum Academic Qualifications :
A degree from a top tier university
Fluent written and spoken English
Required Skills and Experience :
Strong knowledge of Google Slides, Sheet and Docs (or equivalent)
Attention to detail
An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
Genuine passion for technology
Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, multi-tasker
Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills
An ability to use data to help guide decision making
Preferred Skills :
Additional language skills
Experience in account management or sales support; or
Experience with lead generation and research; or
Experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or similar role
Knowledge of Salesforce, Quickmail and / or Close.io
Knowledge of SupportHero and / or Zendesk
