    We have been developing and preparing to implement our new payroll system (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll), T&A system ( Kronos) and HR system ( SuccessFactors) into EG Australia.

    We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and support the transactional processing of the national payroll for our Fuel, Food Service and Support operations.

    During Payroll Transition Period, your key responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Project Team on the new payroll and T&A system implementation
  • Perform and execute the payroll UAT testing
  • Analysis payroll parallel runs result
  • Ensuring that queries and enquiries to the project team are dealt with in a responsive and customer focused manner.
  • After all the systems go live, your BAU key responsibilities :

  • End to End processing of fortnightly payrolls for our Australian employees;
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of the payroll, and support with ad-hoc reporting as required;
  • Action payroll reconciliations, including any back-pay calculations, data analysis, leave accruals, superannuation or other potential project duties.
  • Tier 2 escalation point - support the team in handling complex queries and issues and requires timely and appropriate resolution
  • Act as liaison with HR system team for day to day issues and additional requirements such as configuration of new wage types, new work rosters etc.
  • and coordinate communication of outcomes and changes


  • Experience on end to end payroll in a medium to large organization
  • Applied knowledge of payroll (employment) legislation, tax, superannuation and Workcover in all Australian states and territories
  • Ability to engage actively in project meetings, workshops and UAT
  • SAP payroll (or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll) and Kronos experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
