What Will I Be Doing?
As an Inside Sales Representative you will bring your passion for technology to a team that is expanding and growing territories within our Enterprise and Commercial clients.
Working closely with a Field Representative on the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing deals, the main part of the role will see you using your sales, negotiation and leadership skills to prospect, and conduct lead generation within in an assigned territory
This will include following up and Qualifying Inbound and outbound leads, Outbound prospecting / Lead generation and Scheduling product demos for qualified customers
You and the field rep will work together to manage accounts and build client relationships within your territory
You will hone your sales skills by communicating solution values of products and services and by attending field marketing events where you will interact with potential clients and users.
You will develop the ability to accurately assess and forecast opportunities whilst working towards exceeding assigned revenue targets and goals
Who we’re looking for?
A results oriented sales person with who has sold enterprise IT solutions (BI, data analytics, security software, risk management software or networking performance)
An experienced Hunter who has a record of success in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business, cold calling and hunting for business
A consultative sales professional who has owned and managed the full sales cycle (prospecting, appointment setting and closing) and worked toward their own quota.
A proven record of disruption and innovation and getting clients to challenge how they think
Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of IT environments and solutions
A track record of self-motivation, success and quota overachievement
Outstanding interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, negotiation and communication
Strong organisational and prioritization skills
