We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
The most prominent function of the CPO is to head the entire Product Management department. He leads teams responsible for product lifecycle management, marketing, product analytics and advertising & promotions At this capacity, the CPO also leads the transformation of product ideas from their most formidable stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the business.
The CPO is the manager of the day-to-day execution of all product activities for the purpose of meeting the product and business’s goals.
12+ years relevant work experience with direct responsibility for revenue targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Poise and strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in B2C business, mass marketing and promotions, evangelization of products
Experience selling in one of these following industries : healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, TCM, platform economies, loyalty and rewards programs
A track record in selling software solutions is highly valued, particularly B2B2C products
Experience in South East Asia market and knowledge in healthcare industry is a plus
Frequent travel will be required
Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
