We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Direct agent management including setting KPI’s, weekly and monthly monitoring and supporting with dialogue to nurse deals across the line
  • Recruitment and induction of top performers into an inspirational culture
  • Staying abreast of market movements to drive expansion of the network and grow market share
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Identify areas that require focus and develop a plan / execute
  • Ensure legislative compliance and upholding the networks service standards
  • Conducting sales meetings and developing training programs
  • To gain credibility with these agents, it’s preferable that you have a real estate sales agent background and have been in their shoes’.
  • You will also have a demonstrated ability to inspire and grow the GCI of agents, work with a range of personalities (and skill levels) and improve businesses.
  • A finely-tuned business acumen, strength of character, passion, integrity and a desire for excellence without an ego is a must!
