Chase Kojima and his team are excited to bring you a fusion menu that features your breakfast favourites with a Sokyo twist.

Breakfast at Sokyo is available on every day 7.00am 10.30am.

We are looking for a passionate and highly dedicated Sous Chef to join the talented team at Sokyo. You will support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including ordering, production schedules, budgeting, training, menu creation and staffing.

You will ensure flawless service standards so our customers are left super satisfied in all aspects. Ideal candidates will have the following skills & experience :

  • Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment as a Sous chef in a 5 star hotel (experience in a commissary large production kitchen preferred)
  • A knowledge of a variety of cooking styles is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in planning, resourcing and controlling expenses (a must!)
  • Strong operational leadership and motivation skills
  • The desire to succeed and further your career
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
