About the role

As our in-house Content Producer you will be responsible for creating, managing and updating multimedia content (including photography & videography) for our clients and support Account Managers with copywriting and scheduling.

With a passion and creative flair for all things social, fashion, food and retail you must have a great eye for what makes great social and marketing content and have an ability to absorb yourself in production and delivery of creative interactive media.

You will work closely with Account Managers to edit, shoot and produce content for a range of clients within the lifestyle, food, fashion and beauty space.

You will have a solid understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and how to curate and plan content for those channels using scheduling programs such as Trello.

Experience with copywriting for social media and graphic design is preferred.

You must be confident in Adobe creative suite, shooting and editing video & photo, and have an ability to embody different genres of social content i.

e. events, PR campaigns, shooting with talent, studio shoots, Instagram stories etc. In addition to static imagery and video content, any knowledge and / or experience in creating stop motions and GIFs is highly valued as we encourage and develop a mix of creative assets for our clients.

Skills and experience

Your daily tasks will involve the responsibility of managing content schedules for numerous clients, to building social media content plans using assets you have created, sourced, edited, receiving client briefs and developing content shoot mood boards and inputting creative, dynamic social media copy.

You will also manage all technical tasks related to the production, pre-production and post-production of video and photo content.

Working closely with Account Managers, you will work to a client brief and strategy to EVOLVE & AMPLIFY each brand iD Collective represents.

Key responsibilities

  • Edit video clips & various video versions based on existing footage.
  • Film and edit video content for various channels including social media, client communication, video news releases, web etc.
  • Create animated motion graphics / GIFs / stop motions based on client briefs and requirements, using Adobe creative suite.
  • Manage off-site and in-studio photographic shoots for clients including those with talent, product etc.
  • Liaise directly with the client to coordinate and develop run sheets and timings for content shoots.
  • Editing photos in a timely manner and to the client brief.
  • Independently manage shoots whilst also being able to collaborate and work as part of team to meet project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of video and photo content.
  • Collaborate and use your experience and creative input to assist in the shoot storyboarding process.
  • Record and edit sound projects as required.
  • Manage social media content boards and planning on Trello, to curate and create content suitable to a client’s brand requirements, including creating relevant social media copy.
  • Interpret client briefs for content production and develop necessary mood boards ahead of time.
  • Source content from brand and UGC for clients, across all social channels as needed.
  • Manage timelines, budget and deliverables for all key clients.
  • Participate in content planning sessions, creative brainstorms and calendar mapping with Account Managers and Creative Hub.
  • The successful candidate will own a quality video camera, tripod, audio and lighting gear.

    Candidates must also :

  • Have a current and up to date portfolio / showreel of work.
  • A minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in photo & video production and editing.
  • Experience in developing social media content plans for clients, with experience in copywriting also looked upon favourably.
  • Confident in using Adobe creative suite.
  • A passion for creativity, collaboration and sharing of ideas.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
