About the role :
We're looking for a rising star to join our award winning team.
The ability to communicate well and have a passion for cloud technology is a must. You should have a strong desire to make a difference with our clients.
Migration / Onboarding
A focus on assisting our Corporate Compliance clients with extracting and importing documents, company and trust information.
Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customers are onboarded in an efficient manner with relevant policy and procedure.
Assisting clients that are transitioning to all BGL cloud products, with a particular focus on Corporate Compliance. Ensure that the process is seamless and a positive experience.
Work with the Client Success Team to develop internal procedures, processes and checks for onboarding and migrating clients to cloud products.
Educate partners and customers across all BGL products (with a particular focus on Corporate Compliance) to assist them in achieving business goals.
Provide internal training to other team members as required.
Assist with the development and maintenance of all BGL Help documentation.
Provide world-class Support to our business partners and clients via phone, email, and Lived Chat.
Become an expert across all BGL products and related compliance requirements.
Liaise with the Australian Support Team and the development teams to identify and resolve client support issues.
Own customer issues and escalate to appropriate channels when needed.
Represent the voice of our customers by collaborating with other BGL internal teams when appropriate.
Utilise all the BGL Help, Such as the Knowledge Base, AI responses, Managers or Slack channel to gather information that will assist in resolving support queries.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Business (Accounting)- or equivalent preferable.
Experience in general administration, bookkeeping, or secretarial work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving skills.
Receptiveness to feedback and coaching with a desire to continuously improve
