Position Summary We’re seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor / Team Leader to join our facility team at Toogoolawah Aged Care Facility
You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating effective and efficient hospitality services including kitchen, laundry, housekeeping and food and beverage operations.
A challenging and diverse role, you’ll utilise your hospitality management experience to lead our Hospitality Officers responsible for kitchen operations, food and beverage delivery, laundry services and housekeeping.
You will ensure all services are delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner and in accordance with Australian food & safety standards.
What you’ll need :
As an experienced hospitality professional - preferably within the aged care sector you’ll be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with great leadership skills.
You’ll empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst educating and emphasising the importance of food safety standards and quality in everything they do. You'll demonstrate :
