About the role. You have to be experienced in technical and customer support to successfully perform the client's requirements which will focus on functional testing using the client's custom-built CRM.

5 years or more experience in Technical Support.
Experience in Remote Desktop Connection (Team Viewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop Assistance, etc).
Knowledge / Understanding in HTML / CSS / JavaScipt
Excellent English communication skills : both written and verbal.
You have to be experienced in technical and customer support to successfully perform the client's requirements which will focus on implementation and support of the client's custom-built CRM.
Experience in supporting software systems
You must be able to do the tasks with minimal supervision.
Good to have :
Knowledge in Technical Writing
Knowledge in Email configuration (Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Mail)
Knowledge in Mac Operating System
Can troubleshoot mobile applications (for android and iOS)
Diagnose technical system issues as well as ability to understand problems reported by customer who might not be technical at all.
Communicate with the customers via email or phone to resolve the issues raised.
Provide support for client's custom-built CRM in a professional manner.
