Kalyra Communities has been established for 128 years, building a strong service and reputation we now provide residential care services to 219 people living in three residential care homes in southern Adelaide.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for inspiring strategic leadership and management of the residential services operations to ensure effectiveness and profitably and the well-being of residents living our three homes.
The continuous improvement of services, systems, processes, policy and procedures in order to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Applications are sought from candidates who hold previous experience in a similar capacity and who possess experience working in a care environment focusing on the needs of older people.
This position is Full time, three year contract position.
Candidates will possess :
A Degree Qualification in related health or management field and a Drivers Licence are essential to apply. An attractive remuneration package including full salary packaging and car will be negotiated with the preferred candidate subject to pre employment medical and National Police Check.
