    About the role

    You will be proactively supporting the ALPA Retail General Manager with high level administrative and organisational tasks.

    You will be an ambassador for our retail team and someone who lives our team promises and vision, to make a difference, everyday!

    This position is based in our Darwin Support Office

    Responsibilities

  • Manage the process, organisation and timetable for key management meetings, including the preparation of papers, minutes and organisation of attendees (where necessary) to Board meetings and stakeholder relation meetings.
  • Organise the schedules of the General Manager Retail to allow them to be more effective in their respective roles
  • Prepare, record and manage the administration requirements for meeting documents and minutes, reconciliations, invoicing and purchase orders
  • Arranging travel requirements for the General Manager
  • Maintain various calendars and logs for the divisional teams
  • Preparation of board papers, expense reconciliations etc
  • Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in an Executive Assistant role
  • Demonstrated experiences with Board paper preparations, budget preparations and high level reporting.
  • Deep understanding and application of best practice administration and organisational skills.
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive material in appropriate manner
  • Ability to manager competing priorities in a timely manner
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; approachable and confident
