Eastern Goldfields College are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2021 school year.
Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2021 school year.
Suitable applicants will be responsible for providing accurate advice and support to parents, students, staff and community members using their excellent customer service skills.
Ideally, suitable candidates would possess strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise and deliver tasks when under pressure.
Having a strong attention to detail and being able to maintain a high level of accuracy would be highly desirable.
As the School Officer, you will provide assistance across a variety of administration tasks, such as entering student enrolment data, maintaining student attendance records, absenteeism reports, updating staff and student records and generating routine reports from the school databases.
Other responsibilities will include undertaking reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors, staff and students, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information.
