We attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing and creative teams. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator to work closely with them.
From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, creative, creative production, digital marketing, and social media.
The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized and effective communicator and multi-tasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities and objectives
Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand and creative strategy
Ensure all marketing and creative efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, campaigns, content, and growth
Own and grow key organic digital channels, working with creative team members and marketing peers to build and grow the brand’s social presence
Prepare marketing activity reports and manage KPIs to ensure the success of a given campaign, event, activation or tactic
Provide reporting and analysis that includes but is not limited to market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, sales results, and consumer trends
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Support marketing and business leaders in evaluating and establishing marketing plans and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to other teams, and provide instructions for effective implementation
Plan and manage meetings, creative shoots, events and other experiential activations by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating attendees and assisting with ad hoc tasks
Partner with marketing leaders to create PR strategies and activations, and lead execution of PR initiatives
Continually seek and research new sources of customers, influencers, and other brand partners, and provide recommendations to marketing leadership
Partner with creative, performance and brand marketing teams to create and manage briefs for campaigns, brand content and other key marketing initiatives
Manage customer experience and outreach in digital channels, such as Instagram
Assist in growth marketing efforts as we identify and experiment in new channels
Ad hoc ownership of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns
Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred
3+ years work experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics is a bonus
Analytical aptitude and an experience with research and generating reports
Financial experience managing budgets
Event coordination and creative production experience
Experience managing KPIs and personal performance
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides (or Microsoft alternatives)
