Ideally you will have :

  • A passion for the Brand / Sports
  • Huge focus on driving a Service culture
  • Significant previous relevant Retail Management and / or Multi-Site experience
  • Retail operations experience - including inventory control, program implementation, and rostering
  • Ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
  • Strong financial skills and business acumen, with the ability to closely monitor profitability and operating expenses, studying stock movement and trends to drive sales
  • Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
  • Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products. The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

  • this store is accessible by invitation only, exclusive to Nike staff, sponsored Athletes and Corporate Partners. Reporting into the District Manager and leading a team of 40+, you will effectively lead all in-store activities to achieve sales goals, and customer service levels.

    This fast-driven environment will see you involved in :

  • Providing leadership and people development including hiring top talent, training and development, performance management, succession and career planning and coaching
  • Driving Store Performance through effective budget management and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
  • Planning for continued business growth through execution of the retail strategy driven through customer service, operational excellence & product merchandising.
