As a Financial Crime and Compliance Manager you'll be responsible for the implementation and delivery of Zurich's local Compliance framework, programs and policies at a line 2 level, focussing on AML / CTF, Trade & Economic Sanctions, Anti Bribery and Corruption, Anti Slavery, and Gifts and Entertainment as well as ensuring compliance with Zurich group policies.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has significant AML and other financial crime experience in the Australian market and is focused on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and industry standards while adding value to our business.
You'll constantly have your eye on the industry and the external market to keep abreast of risks facing Zurich and best practice.
You'll be able to demonstrate your initiative and problem solving skills as well as your ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to oversight line 1 activity.
As a subject matter expert in financial crime, you'll have experience in the financial services industry, preferably insurance.
