The Role

As an integral part of our Tech Sales team, reporting to the Tech Sales Manager and providing PA support to the Regional Sales Director, we are looking for a reliable, logical and ambitious Sales Administration Coordinator.

This role will provide support across the region (SA / NT), over a variety of areas including :

  • General Sales Administrative support
  • Accounts Payable
  • Data governance and management
  • PA responsibilities- Travel bookings, diary management, expenses processing
  • Event admin support
  • Reporting (Analysing and interpreting data to make recommendations)
  • Project support- Across Tech Sales team

  • Previous experience in an administrator / coordinator type role
  • Exceptional relationship building capability
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Positive can do attitude & strong resilience
  • Microsoft office suite- Intermediate to advanced skills
  • Technical systems processing and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information in an appropriate manner
