What you’ll be doing :
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll beresponding to queries relating to transactions on eBay on the phone, chat or email.
Key tasks include :
Supporting sellers through the eBay sellinglifecycle.
Researching members accounts to determine thebest and compliant course of action to remove barriers to trade and payouts
Taking appropriate action for eBay to ensure asafe and compliant trading platform for our community
