    About the Role

    Reporting to the People, Culture and Safety Manager, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the provision of confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support for the Executive Management team and Senior Leaders.

    This role is pivotal in terms of assisting the Senior Leadership Group in the successful delivery of daily and strategic imperatives.

    About You

    You are a positive, self-motivated individual who is detail oriented with an excellent telephone manner and who possesses exceptional time-management skills.

    Communication and interpersonal skills must be outstanding, with an ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually as required.

    Duties :

  • Email management and taking phone calls
  • Administrative assistance to the Executive Management team
  • Assisting the People, Culture and Safety Manager with administrative support for HR and WHS matters.
  • Drafting various correspondence and maintaining confidentiality
  • Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Organise meetings and taking minutes, including logistics of rooms, presentations and catering
  • Travel arrangements for the Executive Management team and Senior Leaders
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations and correspondence
  • Other administrative support duties as required
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Have a strong customer focus both internally and externally
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Extremely proactive with great decision-making ability
  • A good listener with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multi task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
