An exciting opportunity has become available for a professional, organised and customer focused Guest Services Manager to work with one of Assetlink’s significant clients located in Rouse Hill, NSW.
You will oversee and manage the operations of the cleaning and security teams and deliver an exceptionally high level of service.
What you will be doing :
Become a trusted partner and subject matter expert (SME) for the Client
Manage the security, maintenance and cleaning teams
Attend and participate in regular meetings with the Client and Stakeholders to report on performance related KPI's and operational issues
Develop, implement and maintain risk management systems
Ensure high levels of cleaning standards are met and exceed contract requirements.
Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services
Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and inspiration to your teams to deliver the Assetlink Way
Attend and manage various cleaning inspection forums with the client and stakeholder groups
Identify opportunities to provide innovation and value-add for the client
Oversee all financial & budget services, including ordering supplies, scheduling labour and implementing cost savings measures
Keep abreast of developments in cleaning equipment and materials that could improve the overall standards and service
Track progress of service delivery and regularly report this to the Client representatives
Identify any problem areas affecting your area of responsibility and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate strategies to address these issues
Undertake staff training and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
