We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customerservice focussed person to join our supportive team as a LogisticsCoordinator.

Based at our modern office in Thebarton, this fulltime permanent position is an exciting opportunity for a motivatedindividual to coordinate the safety and compliance of our companyfleet of concrete agitator trucks, tippers & tankers and LorryOwner Drivers.

Being in a fast paced environment, thisopportunity would ideally suit someone who is flexible, innovative,driven by results and has a high attention to detail with allelements of safety and compliance.

Building on your strong existing administrative skills, you willreceive thorough training and have opportunities to learn newskills and gain exposure to the construction materials industry aspart of our commitment to your ongoing development.

  • Maintain driver training records
  • Accurately maintain audit compliance to State transport standards and Australian transport legislation
  • Monitor and report on vehicle tracking software
  • Maintain company vehicle records
  • Assist with induction and onboarding of employees
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company guidelines and relevant legislation
  • Assist with the rollout of logistics related projects and training
  • What you will need to succeed

  • Ability to operate in a friendly and professional manner at all times
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to work in a busy environment
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent and effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • All applicants must hold a current unrestricted driver’s licence
