    The Role

    Programmed Training Services has an amazing opportunity for you to assist in the set up of a brand new Skills Development Centre in Seven Hills.

    You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Programmed processes and industry specific and legislative requirements including venue management, business development and delivery of any programs developed.

    We're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Skills development Centre Manager who can create, build and lead a high performing Skills Centre with a focus on making building business and making genuine connections with customers and our clients.

  • In addition to this you must;
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation specific to Registered Training Organisations.
  • Ensure adherence to the Vocational Education and Training Quality Framework as audited by ASQA.
  • Liaise with State Government to acquire funding
  • Ensure the set up and maintenance of the venue and business activities comply with relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidelines and ethical standards
  • Manage any staff required t for the venue to run efficiently
  • Establish budgets and assess financial performance
  • Actively promote products & services offered at the centre and the wider Programmed business
  • Maintain and develop Customer relationships
  • Continually advocates and drives safety improvement across the business
  • To be considered for the role you will need the following demonstrable experience;
  • Minimum Certificate IV Training & assessment (TAE40016)
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or education
  • Proven experience in the training sector and a detailed knowledge of Registered Training Organisations, Vocational Education & Australian Qualification training Framework (AQTF).
  • Understanding of Smart and Skill Funding and application process
  • Experience in a general or specialist management role gained in a significant operating division of a larger company.
  • Demonstrated experience in training course design, development & delivery.
