We are looking for someone with experience in dealing with commercial clients. Knowledge of remediation processes would also be desirable.
Someone who enjoys relationship building and ideally has experience in an administrative role. You will be a quick thinker.
You will thrive on solving the tricky stuff. You will know your way around a computer and you will think inside and outside of the box.

In this role, you will be responsible for correspondence between customers, our client, and government bodies regarding ongoing remediation.
This role will have you taking a mix of inbound and outbound calls as well as managing all administrative tasks associated.
