Integrated Work Package Project Lead

This role will see you manage the delivery of all activities related to our Airlift and Tanker Systems Branch (ATSB) Integrated Work Package (IWP) for Defence, as well as all staff assigned to the IWP.
You will also oversee, coordinate and control any projects within the IWP and act as the main point of contact with the client.
A focus on building relationships, managing KBR’s partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction will be key to this role, with a view to maximising business opportunities within the agreed operating structure.
Additionally this role will have responsibility for budgeting and cost management of the IWP, as well as risk management, reporting, governance and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
Extensive experience in management of deliverables-based projectsStrong people management and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated experience within Defence and / or Defence IndustryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in management of finances, contracts and performance reportingProfessional project management qualifications highly desirableAustralian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one
