Position Profile : The Neuroscience Unit is seeking to establish a pool of suitably qualified and experienced Clinical Neuropsychologists for appointments to vacancies that arise in our Paediatric team.
In this role, you will provide a clinical service for children and adolescents with conditions known to affect brain development.
For example, neurodevelopmental disorders, acquired brain injuries, trauma or neglect, in utero substance exposure, genetic or metabolic conditions etc.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will perform clinical, consultant, educational and neuropsychological services, including liaision with other professionals and schools.
Neurosciences Unit is a specialist state-wide, community based mental health service. The Unit provides diagnostic support to hospitals and other government and non-government agencies.
