Due to staff movements and expansion within our Critical Infrastructure business, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team.

This role will be split between on-site field activities as well as a office based focus working from our Kings Park facility, the successful candidate will be exposed to a fast paced and exciting construction contract.

The role will require some travel across regional NSW when required.

To do this job you must be able to demonstrated experience within a supervisory role. Further, you will have experience :

  • Managing of a large team of up to 10 staff
  • Supervising of all construction activities on site overseeing internal, sub-contractors and sub-contractor compliance
  • Working alongside the Construction Manager to achieve the business plans, budgets, targets, reports and forecasts
  • Resource planning
  • Developing and maintaining a close relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying specific requirements and leading change management with regards to works delivery processes, systems & tools
  • Drive continuous improvement of the works delivery function
  • You must have :

  • Working knowledge and experience in Structure Builder (Preferred)
  • Sound Knowledge of DC and AC systems within Telstra environment (Essential)
  • Electrical licence (Essential)
  • Current valid driver's licence (Essential)
  • End to end works management or delivery experience
  • Managing change and / or process improvements
  • Business and financial exposure
  • Sufficient operational hands-on experience in area of expertise to build and maintain credibility across stakeholder groups
