The Physical Security Program Manager AU (PSPM AU) supports the Australian Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) team within the APAC SLP organization by launching Amazon Fulfilment and Operations locations throughout Australia.
The PSPM AU leads the planning, development and implementation of physical security controls in accordance with Amazon security frameworks, information security policies and Global Security policy.
This exciting opportunity provides the ability to leverage physical security subject matter expertise coupled with project management skills in support of new facility launches and expansions throughout Australia.
Physical Access Control Systems, Methodology and applications (incl. for both Physical and Operational Security)
Intruder detection systems, methodology and applications
Physical Security hardware, methodology and applications
Security Management Practices
Security tendering process; including scoping of work, budgeting, document writing, and negotiation.
Information Security principals and alignment to Physical Security
Holistic, ergonomic, Health & Safety and end to end project considerations; including knowledge of federal and state legislation
The Physical Security Program Manager AU role must be able to respond quickly and exhibit expert judgment under pressure, operating in a rapid, fast-pace environment.

Performs site testing & commissioning functions to validate security integrator work in accordance with Amazon Global Security standards.
