Our Australian Dispute Resolution practice is best known for our work on large, complex litigation. Our strength is bringing together multi-disciplinary and, as appropriate, cross border teams that work seamlessly together to comprehensively respond to our clients’ issues.

We are focused on financial institutions, infrastructure & construction, energy, mining, commodities, pharmaceutical & life sciences, technology & innovation and government disputes.

We work across all classes of disputes including international arbitration, class actions, regulatory investigations, public inquiries and general commercial disputes in all Australian courts and tribunals.

The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Associate with 3+ years PQE to join our Litigation team, based in Sydney.

Offering a unique blend of work, exposure to market leading partners, award winning training and clear opportunities for career progression.

Working across a number of partners you will gain exposure to :

  • Class Actions Work on high profile, complex actions including shareholder, securities, insolvency and product liability claims.
  • International Arbitration Gain exposure to disputes concerning infrastructure and resources projects, and other investments, where international parties are involved
  • Royal Commissions Play an integral role within high performing teams
  • Requirements

  • 3 -5 years PQE
  • A strong desire to work on complex, high profile litigation matters
  • Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
  • The successful candidate will need to be an engaging, and highly motivated individual with exceptional academic achievements.
