Job Description : We currently have an opportunity for someone to be available to support our teams leave and training requirements at our 5 sites located between the Hawkes Bay and Wellington by covering the roster on a needs required basis.
This would suit someone who is flexible and available with their time, does not mind some travel and likes variety. You will be working as part of a privately owned family run business known as a market leader that is focused on managing customer service in store, inbound phone sales, managing the property presentation and cleanliness standards and achieving and exceeding sales targets.

While this role is of a casual part time nature, there is a reasonable expectation of work required since we have 9 full time team members who need to take annual leave and we have regular training and development that also require roster cover, so some weeks will be full time work while other weeks when you're not covering - you will be parked at a site to keep you current within the business for 2 days a week, however everything is organised in advance so if you are flexible and looking for something that is not full time, then this could be the role for you!
