Job Description

This is a hands-on position for a flexible and diligent Chef, working for a well renowned Perth Hills establishment.

Competent in all areas of cooking and cleaning, maintaining a high level of Food Hygiene Standards & HACCP controls. Take direct responsibility for the preparation and presentation of food, consistent with food safety standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Hold Cert III Commercial Cookery or better
  • Flexibility with your position & be helpful (we may need you to assist elsewhere in the business on occasion)
  • Flexibility with your roster
  • Consistently providing a high-level standard of food preparation & presentation
  • Reporting all accidents and hazards in your work area and complete all paperwork as required
  • Great attitude, honesty, loyalty and an exceptional and punctual work ethic
  • Other duties as directed
  • Hours : Our Chef is expected to work weekends and public holidays and evenings as required (as per conditions set out in the individual contract)

    Uniform : You will be required to maintain a clean, neat & professional appearance at all times. It is your responsibility to supply your own uniform and knives.
