About the Role
We are seeking a permanent full time Registered Nurse / Clinical Coordinator with leadership experience in Aged Care, to join the team at our Gill Waminda Aged Care Plus Centre.
Gill Waminda Aged Care Plus Centre is an inclusive and caring community located just a few streets away from the heart of Goulburn town centre.
We are a trusted aged care provider offering all levels of care including short term respite care and secure dementia care.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical leadership, guidance, supervision and education to all staff to promote excellence in care.
The role’s main purpose is to work with and assist the Care Manager plan, coordinate and evaluate the clinical care in the centre to assist the centre maintain full accreditation and achieve best practice.
