We have an opportunity for a highly motivated HSE Advisor to support positive change and integration of health and safety across a high-

profile strategic client account. This is a fantastic opportunity for a collaborative individual with a strong commitment to excellence, who is looking to apply their HSE knowledge within a diverse and fast paced industry.

Utilising solid interpersonal and relationship building skills, this role will integrate with the strategic account team and partner with our client to embed both the client and CBRE’s strong HSE culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to provide subject matter expert advice, education and support.
  • Lead and participate in the HSE program that will be delivered across the account.
  • Collaborate with the account and wider platform to support the continuous improvement of the CBRE HSE Management System.
  • Measure the account performance against client requirements, the CBRE HSE Management System and legislative requirements.
  • Leading, maintaining and reviewing incident management programs.
  • Co-ordinating consultative and educational forums across the account.
  • Key Requirements of the position

  • A proven HSE management background with tertiary qualifications in HSE or a related discipline.
  • Confidently able to build relationships and rapport with clients and business leaders.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to listen well, seek clarification and articulate a response appropriate to the issue.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel interstate when required.
