  • Clearly Dental, part of Bupa Dental Corporation is an established and newly refurbished dental practice located in Kew. We are committed to ensuring that our patients receive clear, simple, straight-up dentistry whilst providing a wide range of dental services, from general treatment through to dental implants.

    With a team of experienced and dedicated dentists and practice support staff, we are looking for a motivated and passionate dental assistant to be a part of our family.

    This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to progress your dental career clinically. You will lead the clinical team and be responsible for ensuring infection control standards are maintained, provide support and training to clinical support staff and be the point of contact for any clinical enquiries.

  • Dental Assisting; ability to assist with implant surgery, general dental treatment, cosmetic procedures and more; ability to train other team members in all procedures
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly, light-hearted manner
  • Maintain and implement procedures relating to the clinic
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
  • Implementing, monitoring and reporting of repairs and maintenance across the practice
  • What we are looking for in YOU!

  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting and Certificate IV preferred but not essential
  • A positive attitude and demonstrated ability to lead and inspire
  • A warm and friendly personality with the ability to build relationships easily
  • To recognise and implement protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • A keen eye for detail, strong time management & organisational skills
