As the partner eco-system is an important growth pillar of ANZ, the Partner ManagerSystems Integrator primary responsibility is to strategize and execute the partner eco-

system strategies that supports the growth of Tableau in Australia and New Zealand. This is a high impact role that requires the manager to possess strong strategic and analytical skills and experience in engaging C-

level and decision making level while at the same time be able to drive and execute strategies through all levels of the Partner.

Working closely with his peers, the manager requires to exhibit very strong team player spirit and collaborating with his internal stakeholders to Touch and Influence revenue generated from Tableau’s resellers in Australia and New ZealandAPAC.

The role will preferably be based in Melbourne. The Manager is required to possess strong experience in partner lifecycle management and integrating Tableau’s SI Cchannel programs, partner measurement via key performance indicators and success metrics, managing ecosystem conflicts and at the same time strengthening partner relationships.

The manager is also preferred to have past direct sales experience and during that time, have involved in collaborating with partners in selling.

The manager will work hand-in-hand with our marketing team and global partner staff on partner resources.

Some of the thing you'll be doing include...

  • Build, develop and executing of Reseller and Distribution partner ecosystem strategy
  • Building out joint Partner Business Plans and executing to plan. Managing and measuring progress. Ability to react to situational changes but yet focusing on the set objectives
  • Co-selling with partners to close sales opportunities and interact with direct sales on the partner engagement model
  • Managing and enforcing Tableau Channel Program to maximize sales revenue through the reseller and distribution partner eco-system
  • Single point of contact for System Integration partners, accountable for partner on-boarding, partner account management, conflict management.
  • Aligning of channel strategy and partner eco-system to drive growth through Partner C-Level engagement.
  • Co-selling with partners to close sales opportunities and interact with direct sales on the Partner engagement model
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Partner Readiness Team, Marketing Team, Sales Consulting Team to support the set objectives as established in the channel strategy and joint Partner Business Plan.
  • Proven track record in partner management
  • Who you are...

  • Experienced. You have 8+years of software channel sales experience in ANZ region.
  • Builder. Ability to strategically identify and build relationships with appropriate channel partners including, Resellers, Systems Integrators, and other related partners.
  • Domain. Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred. Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.
  • Performer. A demonstrated track record as a top performer throughout his or her career. Has worked at quality companies known for effective, best-
  • practices channel organizations. Proven ability to significantly ramp revenue, and a record of managing organizations that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers.

  • Entrepreneurial. Strong business skills; effective in seeing the underlying issues and opportunities in Public Sector.
