The Marketing & Engagement Group’s mission is for Canva to become the most-loved brand in the world . We are scaling our team, budgets and operations to drive brand awareness and growth in our 100+ markets around the world.
Marketing is still new as a function at Canva, and so we’re building a lot of our structures, cadences, budgets, processes and systems from the ground up.
Brand Studio services all of Canva, from product to marketing to leadership. We’re responsible for championing Canva’s brand, communicating what we stand for, and shaping how Canva is perceived, both internally and across our global community.
You’ll work as part of our Brand Studio team, supporting our Brand Director. This role will be instrumental in supporting their day-to-day operations to ensure they’re set up for success, to take Canva’s brand to the next level.
We move fast here at Canva, and this role will certainly keep you on your toes. We are looking for someone super-efficient, who loves nothing more than to anticipate issues before they arise and get stuff done.

Sort out Brand Studio tools and processes so we are working as effectively, efficiently and happily as possible
Create systems for seamless collaboration across teams
Build trusted relationships with our PMMs to help them get stuff done and launch products to market.
Help create a content marketing calendar that aligns and centralizes our cross-team marketing activities
Create a tiered system for prioritising projects that come in to Studio, ensuring company-critical goals take priority, but without derailing our goals, and ad hoc requests are still fulfilled
Experience you'll need
6+ years of Project Management or Operations experience in related field with creative studio, agency or tech company
Experience prioritising, managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Traffic management experience. Able to talk to project management tools, resource planning and digital asset management with experience building processes and systems for scale
Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to delivery
A bias for action, constantly striving to get things done. You have a strong sense of urgency when it comes to unblocking teams
Truly self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn, develop and grow in the role.
A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to uphold high standards of excellence
Passionate about branding and the design process.
Keen presentation and great design skills (Canva’s made that bit easy!)
Strong communication skills when talking to creative and strategic ideas with your team. Communicates well with stakeholders from all across the business at many different levels, and enjoy it!
