About the role :
Reporting to the Area Manager you will manage the branch operations and business profitability and develop, coach and motivate your team members to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Furthermore, you will build strong relationships with customers to ensure continued market leadership and ensure the branch safety standards adhere to OHS policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
You will also ensure inventory is effectively managed to minimise cost and maximise efficiencies.
About You :
You are a dedicated and engaging leader with a true passion for driving your team to succeed and be the best version of themselves.
You will clearly demonstrate a strong business acumen in both sales and reporting with high levels of attention to detail.
A natural relationship builder, you have proven experience in developing relationships with a range of stakeholders and are results driven.
Although not essential, you will ideally possess experience within the automotive industry or similar and have had accountability for profit and loss statements.
